How do I register for a course?

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
After we receive your course registration we will send you a confirmation letter. This letter contains details such as course start and finishing times, venue and any other relevant information.

How do I reschedule into another class?

How do I cancel my seat in a training class?

Are substitutions allowed?
Yes, you may transfer your place for the course to a colleague without extra costs, but Q4K has to be informed about it in advance.

What are the costs of a course?
Course fees vary based on the type of course. The fee for each course is included in the specific course description.

I am interested in training at my site. How do I schedule an enterprise on-site training?
Official class times are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for both classroom and enterprise on-site training. We realize that certain companies prefer different start times for enterprise on-site training and we will work with you to meet specific request.

How to request an unscheduled course?
Q4K endeavors to schedule the courses where there is known interest, however we cannot schedule all courses in all locations. We welcome your input for courses you need which are not currently scheduled.Follow these easy steps...

  • Complete and submit the request form online.
  • Your request will be recorded on our Waiting List.
  • Once we have reached a minimum of 5 requests for the same course, we will contact you by email with a proposed date.
  • Please respond to this email
  • If you respond YES, thank you.
  • If you respond NO, please indicate your next preferred timeframe.
  • If the minimum of 5 YES responses has not been received, you will be contacted again by email and your name will go back onto our Waiting List.
  • If your request is urgent, please contact Q4K by phone on +31 (0) 76 572 21 99.
