What You’ll Do

  • Engage with both business and technology stakeholders to understand data needs, and to gather and define detailed requirements for data and analytics solutions
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation, guaranteeing optimal efficiency
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories, that are easily consumed by development teams
  • Work closely with both business and development teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
  • Take on increasing team leadership responsibilities, leading scrum ceremonies with minimal to no supervision, proactively managing backlogs, and supporting project leads with planning and estimating tasks
  • Break down work into tasks and then planning and executing those tasks with minimal guidance, all while proactively managing risks and raising blocking concerns
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to validate that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements
  • Support launch activities and assist in the initial implementation phase
  • Craft and develop skills in agile software development and delivery

What You’ll Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant field. A computer science-based mindset is needed, a technology-based education is helpful.
  2. 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis, process improvement and project management, preferably within a consulting environment
  3. 2+ years of experience in agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean
  4. Demonstrated expertise in business requirements gathering and documentation
  5. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into tangible technical solutions
  6. Proficiency in acting as a bridge between business and technical teams to drive effective and timely solutions
  7. Ability to work independently or in close coordination with a team to embrace challenging situations and solve complex problems
  8. Experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  9. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Dutch and English (non-negotiable)
  10. Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
